Job Description:
Busser:
The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact. Responsible for but not limited to assisting the servers in bussing tables, food running, expediting, filling waters and coffees, etc. And any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Dishwasher:
A Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. This person must have good communication skills and have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. And any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Room Service Attendant:
In Room Dining: Our in room dining servers are responsible for answering phones and taking orders from customers they will also deliver food orders to the appropriate guest rooms. And any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Food Runner:
Picks up food product for orders placed by the service staff and delivers the meal to our guests. Assists the kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize our guests dining experience. And any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Host/Hostess:
Hosts/Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include providing table accommodations, offering menu recommendations, and any other duties as assigned by Manager.
