Job Description:
Dishwasher:
Assist with kitchen duties and services. Stewards will wash dishes, pots, pans, and silverware; clean dishes, glassware and shelves; mops floors, empty trash and clean out walk-ins; and cleamay prep various foods for cooking or serving.
Waiter/Waitress:
Provide dining services & collect payments from customers in all outlets. The position is respofor greeting, seating, taking orders, taking reservations from guests, and filing condiment and containers. They will also perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuminfood & beverage outlet floors. You will make more than minimum wage with tips.
Bell Hop:
Greet incoming guests, handle baggage and escort them to their rooms. Bellman will be respofor transferring luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation areas, by hand or using baggage carts; supplying guests with amenities on propsuch as bicycles and kayaks; responsible but not limited to cleaning of pool area, furniture organization and cleaning and transport guests throughout the property.
Host/Hostess:
Greet guests as they enter the restaurant. Make dinner reservations. Seat guests to their table Occasionally assist with clearing of tables and setting tables. Assist with cleaning the dining roneeded.
Food Runner:
Bring food to the table – ensure that it meets the requirements before leaving the kitchen. Bricondiments to the guests based upon requests. Prep condiments for dishes that require extra condiments prior to serving. Assist clearing tables.
English Required skills: Upper intermediate A, B+, B, C+ Only
