Hourly wage: $17 per hour

Job Description: Kitchen Crew will rotate in through different stations in the Drafts kitchen based on skill level and business needs.
Job duties include the following:
- Operate the fryer and/or grill
- Chop and prepare vegetables
- Make milkshakes following recipes
- Maintain a sanitary workstation and surrounding areas
- Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
- Scrape food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor for the dishwashing machine
- Other duties as assigned
- May come in contact with pork
- The use of cleaning chemicals is required in this role.
- Great English is required for this role
