Hourly wage: $9.63 – $15 per hour (+tips for Host and Waiter positions)
Bonus: Yes
Bonus comment: $250 Sign-on bonus (paid after 30 days) $5/workday bonus (paid on completion of work agreement), max of 100 days Employees in West Yellowstone receive a 50% of per shift meal at the branch.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Host/Hostess: Reviews floor plan and reservation book daily; creates seating chart. Sets up the Host station according to checklist. Greets guests and seats them at tables or in waiting areas. Seats guests according to seating chart, server rotation and guest preference and provides guests with menus.
Front Desk: Check guests in and out efficiently and assist with any problems or questions during their stay. Assist events desk. Be familiar with room types and their locations in order to make reservations and handle walk-in reservations. Act as the information center of the hotel. Good communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Ability to stand for entire length of shift.
General Food and Beverage Worker: Kitchen Assistant duties include assisting cooks with food preparation; salads, garnishes, dessert, etc., set up and prepare food items for the salad bar and replenish as needed, assist with loading and unloading merchandise from trucks. Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and keep dish area clean and organized. Properly clean kitchen equipment and utensils, using safe work habits.
Cook: Responsibilities Prepares food to specifications before and during unit operations. Properly measures and portions all food items. Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures. Cooks all food to proper specifications in a timely manner.
Housekeeper: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas such as linen room and laundry areas, according to company policy and procedures at a level that meets or exceeds company standards. Associates may be assigned as: Housekeeper, Porter or Laundry Worker.
Waitress/Waiter: Greet guests, provides menus, clearly communicates restaurant specials, answers questions about menu items, collects food and beverage orders, serves items ordered, and attends to guests’ needs throughout their visit. Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system so that kitchen staff can prepare food and bar staff can prepare drinks, as needed. Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned: Student Must be willing to do ANY of the following; Housekeeper, Porter, Host, Busser, Front Desk and Kitchen Helper.
