Job prerequisites:
Must be willing to work with pork products and be able to handle cleaning chemicals. Must also be able to stand for the duration of the shift, this is a very busy job.
Job Description: Team members may work in a variety of positions including cashier, dishwasher, line cook, food packer, and barista/smoothie preparation. Students will be trained in all of these positions on arrival and will be assigned based on manager’s discretion. Cashiers: will be responsible for receiving cash and credit card payments. Cashiers must have excellent customer service skills. Dishwashers: will be responsible for hand washing dishes, drying them and putting them away. Line cooks: will be responsible for preparing and cooking Colombian food. Prior kitchen experience is preferred. Food Packers: will be responsible for packaging food and drinks for customers, with the correct names. Students in this position must be able to work independently. Baristas: will be responsible for preparing
and serving coffee and smoothies. They must keep all equipment clean and organized.
