Job Description:
Housekeeper : (Inclusive of Housekeeper, Houseperson, Houseman, Housekeeping Inspector, Public Areas Cleaner) Students may be placed at any of the hotel properties within the resort Responsibilities include: Clean and supervise (dependent on position) hotel guest rooms, grounds, common areas and recreation areas. Wash shower walls and tubs, clean toilets, mirrors, and sinks. Operate vacuums, mop, move/lift heavy furniture and dust fixtures/wall hangings and vents. Other duties as needed.
F&B FOH Support : FOH Food & Beverage Support-Hospitality (Inclusive of most FOH roles: Busser, Cashier, Barista, DIshwash, Food Runner, etc) Responsibilities include: Bus and clean tables, windows and floors. Snow/Trash removal and keeping public and work areas clean. Cleaning restrooms. Serve and/or assist serving during dining room floor service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food and beverage areas by stocking and cleaning tables, windows and floors. Other duties as needed.
F&B BOH Support : BOH Food & Beverage Support-Hospitality (Inclusive of most BOH / Kitchen roles: Entry Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwashing, etc.) Responsibilities include: Prepare and/or serve food, must be able to work in any of our outlets. Responsible for the food portions. Scrub pots and pans and wash any other dishes that can not be put in the dishwasher. Mop floors. Clean kitchen work areas. Take out trash and recycle. Clean restrooms and shovel snow. Other duties as needed
