Position Available: 2 positions
Hourly wage: $20.00 per hour
Employee benefits: Free transportation to and from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport on job arrival and job departure. Up to 10 free bus passes for roundtrip from Big Sky, MT to Bozeman MT. End of the season bonus if working full time hours, the entire summer season.
Bonus: Yes
Bonus Comment: If associate works the entire season at least 30 hours per week, we offer an end of season bonus
Average hours per week: 32 hours
Job Description: Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, hot and cold, that meet specifications, guarantees, and pays attention to detail with plate presentation. Maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards, and all policies/ procedures and are able to skillfully apply culinary techniques. Working as a team and effectively communicating with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by members, guests, and others as assigned.
