Hourly wage: $12.30 per hour
Wage comments:
- Server for Brewhouse: $7.50 plus tips;
- Server for Red Kitchen: $12.30/hour;
- Food Runner: $15/hour
- Participants will most likely rotate in all the positions (tips as servers can get the total up to $15/hour)

Job Descriptions:
PARTICIPANT MUST HAVE THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER BEFORE STARTING TO WORK. HepA vaccine needs to be acquired before participants start to work (make sure to bring the document showing you took the shot to the HR). If you decide to do it after arriving in the US, it usually costs around $100.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests.
- Process guest payments accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Hyatt service standards.
