Job prerequisites: Advanced English. Prior kitchen work is helpful.
Job Description: Kitchen Staff: Must be able to read instructions & recipes. Responsible for the preparation of raw foods into an approved recipe format in preparation for cooking. Must be detail-oriented & able to follow instructions. You will be cooking, preparing food items for cooking; stocking food items as needed; removing the trash, cleaning the garbage area, cleaning & maintaining the kitchen area including the food prep equipment, helping with washing dishes, utensils, glasses, etc as well as pots & pans; maintaining proper sanitation controls of products; preparing sauces, vegetables, meat (pork), fish, and poultry items properly. Keeping all kitchen prep areas clean and sanitized. You must be able to stand for your entire shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs (23kg).
Ensure overall guest satisfaction with the food selection. Flexible to help in other positions as quested by management or complete additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and evening shifts. You may not have the same shifts as your friends or have the same days off.
