Job Description :
Key job duties include operating the grill and assembling sandwiches and frying french fries in deep fryers. The kitchen crew must maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the cleanliness of workstations, grills, and cooking utensils. You must be fast and can handle multiple orders at the same time. You will also be responsible for helping keep the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc washed and dried. Must be able to read instructions for preparing foods and how to open, set up the kitchen, and close it down at night. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested b management staff or shift leaders. Must be in good health. Able to lift up to 40 lbs, follow directions and interact with customers in a friendly manner. Must have the ability to stand for an extended period of time in high heat conditions of the kitchen.
You may be cross-trained to work the counter as well. You may not work the same shift as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. You will expected to work all weekends ( Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday) and all holidays. Please make sure you understand we are a very small town with no nightlife and city activities.
