Bonus comments: $.50/hr bonus may be awarded upon the completion of the season.
Must work to last day. *End of contract bonuses are only paid out for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position. Overtime hours are not included. Should a participant be transferred to a different primary position by a manager, due to the needs of the business, the previous hours worked may be counted. If a participant changes roles voluntarily, the company is under no obligation to pay out the end of contract bonus. If a participant works a second job with the company those hours do not qualify for the bonus program, however the primary role hours are included in the second job hours. Example: If a participant works 40 hours in a week in their primary job, any hours worked in the second job would be paid at the overtime rate that week. Participants must also be in good standing to receive their bonus. Excessive tardiness, poor work performance, or other policy violations will jeopardize qualifying for the bonus. YOU WILL NOT receive your bonus at the end of your contract if you have not provided HR with your social security number.

Job Prerequisites:
Must be 21yrs or older. Some experience in positions involving customer service or food and beverage service is preferred. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand on your feet for the duration of your shift. This is a physically demanding position. Advanced English speaking and comprehension skills are required. An interview with the host employer is required prior to placement.
Job Description :
This is a great entry-level position to gain restaurant experience. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude, and are a team player. You will be responsible for clearing guest tables and re-setting them keeping a pace with the flow and needs of the restaurant. Pre-bussing empty plates and glasses from tables, maintaining a clean environment within the restaurant. You will also be support for the wait staff. There are times when your position will change from busser to food runner or expeditor, depending on the needs of the establishment. Additional tasks may be assigned by your manager. Must commit to end of contract date.
