Hourly wage: $13.00 per hour
Wage comments: You will receive $13.00 an hour when working the dishwasher position. Wages are $10.85/hr + tips when assisting the front of house staff. When working the dishwasher position, the back of house (BOH) staff gets a service fee bonus, as well. We charge all our customers a small % fee on their total check. This money can be used at the company’s discretion, and we have chosen that cash to be added on to the BOH staff paycheck for each hour they work. There is also a $2.00/hr bonus offered if participants stay until their contract end date and do not violate company rules/regulations.

Must work to last day. *End of contract bonuses are only paid out for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position. Overtime hours are not included. Should a participant be transferred to a different primary position by a manager, due to the needs of the business, the previous hours worked may be counted. If a participant changes roles voluntarily, the company is under no obligation to pay out the end of contract bonus. If a participant works a second job with the company those hours do not qualify for the bonus program, however the primary role hours are included in the second job hours. Example: If a participant works 40 hours in a week in their primary job, any hours worked in the second job would be paid at the overtime rate that week. Participants must also be in good standing to receive their bonus. Excessive tardiness, poor work performance, or other policy violations will jeopardize qualifying for the bonus. YOU WILL NOT receive your bonus at the end of your contract if you have not provided HR with your social security number.

Job Prerequisites:
Must be able to lift 50lbs/23kg and stand for up to 8 hours; no physical limitations. Please do not apply if you have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals (dish sanitizer). Must commit to the end date. The host employer requires an interview with participants prior to placement.
Job Description :
Your primary role is dishwasher; however, based on your performance you will be able to work as a Front of House Utility (busser/food runner/expo) for 1-2 shifts a week which will give you an opportunity to earn tips. Duties include but are not limited to; washing pots & pans by hand in very hot water & use the dishwasher for glasses, dishes & cutlery and then stack clean items in appropriate area. The kitchen needs to be sanitary, tidy & clean at all times. Responsible for removing trash, cleaning grease traps, & mopping the kitchen area. Your hands will be exposed to sanitizer. Very hard physical work; must be able to lift 50lbs/23kg.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+)
