Position Available: 1 Position
Hourly wage: $11.91 plus tips.
Meals: Participants may be eligible for some meal discounts, ranging between 25-40% depending on years of service.
Bonus comments: Bonuses are not guaranteed and are contingent upon work performance. A $750 bonus may be awarded upon successful completion of the contract through the final day, submission of a valid Food Handler’s Card, and provision of a Social Security Number (SSN).
To be eligible, participants must work through the last day of their contract. End-of-contract bonuses are paid only for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position; overtime hours are excluded. If a manager transfers a participant to a different primary position due to business needs, previously worked hours may still be counted. However, if a participant voluntarily changes roles, the company is not obligated to pay the bonus.
Hours worked in a secondary job with the company do not qualify toward the bonus program. However, hours worked in the primary position are included when calculating overtime rates. For example, if a participant works 40 hours in their primary position in one week, any hours worked in a secondary role will be paid at the overtime rate.
Participants must also remain in good standing to qualify for the bonus. Excessive tardiness, unsatisfactory work performance, or policy violations may result in disqualification. Please note: you will not receive the end-of-contract bonus if HR has not received your Social Security Number
Must work to last day. *End of contract bonuses are only paid out for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position. Overtime hours are not included. Example: If a participant works 40 hours in a week in their primary job, any hours worked in the second job would be paid at the overtime rate that week. Participants must also be in good standing to receive their bonus. Excessive tardiness, poor work performance, or other policy violations will jeopardize qualifying for the bonus. YOU WILL NOT receive your bonus at the end of your contract if you have not provided HR with your social security number.

Job Prerequisites:
Must be 21 years of age or older. An employer interview is required for this position. This is a multi-floor establishment and you may be required to climb stairs repeatedly during work shifts when seating guests. This is a physically demanding position. Proficient English speaking and comprehension skills are required. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.

Job Descriptions:
Responsibilities include; greeting guests, monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimating wait times for guests, managing the guest waiting list, seating them, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. A positive and assertive disposition goes a long way. Responsible for answering the telephone; booking reservations; moving tables together to accommodate large parties. Host often communicates needs between managers, serving staff, bartenders, bussers and guests, while maintaining an overall understanding of who is occupying where and what has been preset. It can be a juggling act, so strong multi-tasking skills is a must. The host will also assist as a back server, food expediter and assist in cleaning duties whenever needed. Strong communication skills, strong work ethic, work well with others, foster teamwork, ability to multi-task, follow directions. Must be 21 years of age or old. Must commit to end of contract date. Employer may change position based on skill level, need of the restaurant, or to accommodate hours. Every employee assists, at times, with dishwasher shifts. It is important to be flexible.
