Job prerequisites: Kitchen duties include dishwashing, prepping food, cleaning and other related duties.

Job description: The kitchen crew must maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the cleanliness of workstations, grills, and cooking utensils. You must be fast and can handle multiple orders at the same time. You will also be responsible for helping keep the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc washed and dried. Must be able to read instructions for preparing foods and how to open, set up the kitchen, and close it down at night. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested b management staff or shift leaders. Must be in good health. Able to lift up to 40 lbs, follow directions and interact with customers in a friendly manner. Must have the ability to stand for an extended period of time in high heat conditions of the kitchen.
