Position: Restaurant Attendant (Front of House)
Position Available: 1 Position
Hourly wage: $16.00 per hour
Estimated hours per week: 32 hours per week

Job Description :
As a Food and Beverage Front of House team member, you will be the face of the establishment, ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure orders are delivered correctly.
- Serving Food and Drinks: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring food safety standards are followed.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine/food pairings to assist customers with recommendations.
- Setting Up & Closing Down: Prepare dining areas for service, ensuring tables are set, clean, and organized. Help with closing duties such as cleaning, stocking, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
- Handling Payments: Process customer payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, or mobile payments. Provide change and receipts when necessary.
- Conflict Resolution: Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and find solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff, baristas, bartenders, and fellow front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure that the front-of-house area (dining room, bar, restroom) is clean and tidy at all times.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with local regulations (e.g., food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures).

Required skills:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in food and beverage or hospitality).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math for transactions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- Good physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods and carry heavy trays or equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations is a plus.

English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only

These are shared bedrooms in the hotel, this would be 4 participants per bedroom Each shared room would have 1 bathroom shared between 4 participants to use.
