Job Description :
Working at the Inn participants can expect to have several duties including but not limited to, housekeeping, laundry, assisting guests, organizing, gardening tasks, cleaning, and minor maintenance. Applicants should be able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms. Working in an Inn on busy days is difficult, you will need to keep a fast pace. You will be expected to clean up to 9 + rooms on the weekends. Participants will remove dirty linen from rooms, make beds, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean rooms from top to bottom with attention to detail. You will wash linens, and should not have allergies to dust or cleaning products. When assisting guests, you must smile and always be willing to help.
During the week when the Inn is not as busy, participants will be able to accumulate hours by working in the employer’s gift shop in Avon-by-the-Sea. This job requires a happy, friendly and energetic participant.
