Job Description:
Busser – Your main job will be to make salads for dinner orders, take food orders to servers in the bar area, some food prep during the dinner hours, clear and set tables. Hours will be available during the day to do food prep and some cleaning. When needed you could also fill in other jobs within our restaurant like assistant hostess, helping cook, making pizzas, serving food and bartending. Some of these positions will depend on the level of English and your skill sets within the needed positions.
Kitchen Worker – Work in the kitchen for lunch and dinner service. Kitchen work involves preparation work, cooking, and cleaning. We are a steak and seafood restaurant and a lot of prep work is involved. Each meal is prepared when ordered and there are many steps. We also make our own fresh pizzas and will hire pizza makers
Server – This is a tipped position Generally tips are a percentage of the total bill, anywhere from 10% to 20% and higher. This position involves waiting on customers in our dining room for our nightly service. Taking food and beverage orders, serving drinks and meals Answering questions about the menu and;menu items, and making suggestions
Dishwasher – Wash dishes during the day and during the dinner hour. This job involves running dishes through the dishwasher and hand washing pots and pans
Cook – We are looking for a cook to work our lunch service. This position involves cooking sandwiches, using a fryer, We will train for this position and will also work the dinner service
English Required skills: Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+, C only)

Wautoma is a small busy town with limited transportation so we will provide all transportation needed. We offer to travel throughout the state with our students to different attractions in Wisconsin- Wisconsin Dells, Door County, travel to Madison, Milwaukee, and offer to assist with transportation if they want to visit other parts of the country. We have had our students travel to Chicago, New York and Disney World during our slower times of the year.
