**Students need to be flexible with positions as those will be determined at the interview. They must be willing to work in at least two positions.**
Position Available: 1 – 2 positions
Hourly wage: $6.00+tips – $14.54 per hour
FOH (Cashier/Food Runner) $6.00+tips per hour
BOH (Dishwasher/Cook) $12.32 – $14.54 per hour
Average Work Hours: 32-40 hours
Job Description :
Cashier – As a Cashier at The Gulf, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions, providing friendly customer service, and keeping the cashier area clean and organized. You may also assist with basic customer inquiries and support the team with other tasks as needed.
Food Runner – The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately, ensuring a smooth flow of service and a high-quality dining experience. This position works closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support the front-of-house operations. This is a tipped position you will make minimum wage or more per hour.
Cook – We are looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes according to restaurant standards, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Dishwasher – You will be responsible for washing dishes, plates, glasses, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will also keep the dishwashing area and kitchen clean and organized, sanitize equipment, and assist the kitchen team with basic cleaning and other tasks as needed.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B) only
