Hourly wage: $15.69 per hour
Overtime: Sometimes
Overtime details: For every hour over the 40 hours/week, the employee will get 1.5x the normal rate.

Job Description:
The Ride Attendant is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of one or more of Quassy Amusement Park’s rides.
This is a physical position involving bending over and occasional lifting of empty two-person water raft boats or children.
Team Members must be willing to accept the responsibilities of working with the public, as they will be working directly with Park guests, including small children and their parents.
Team Members perform all duties including:
- Watching the ride or activity
- Operating any necessary controls
- Assisting guests
- Communicating safety instructions
- Answering questions
- Assisting guests as they exit and enter
- Cleaning the entire ride area
- Occasionally assisting guests off the ride using stairs and/or ladders
Participants will be using cleaning chemicals.
English Required skills: Excellent (A, B+, B)

End Date: September 5th – 7th, 2024

Meals details: There is a $40 meal plan ($40/every 2 week paycheck). This includes 2x shift meals per day, unlimited drinks, desserts, and snacks.

Weekly trips scheduled to local attractions; for example, Beach, Boston, White Mountains for hiking/site seeing, and many more based on feedback of participants. Please ask supervisors for the schedule, which will be posted to accommodate all work schedules. Middlebury, Connecticut is about a 3 hour train ride from New York City and is easily accessible by the Metro-North Railroad, New Haven Line
