Job Description: Front Desk/Hospitality – Must be very customer service oriented. Advanced computer skills and fluent English. Will be responsible for greeting guests, handling reservations upon check -in, as well as on the phone. You will also be handling American currency and credit card transactions, as well as all duties associated with Front Desk. This includes guest services and handling complaints with understanding and compassion, in a friendly and helpful way.
You may be asked to assist with housekeeping. Duties include cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers, changing linens, laundry, dust, vacuuming, and emptying trash. Be prepared to stand, bend, and push a 50lb/23kg cart all day. Do not apply if you are sensitive to any chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job.
Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual.
Flexible to help in other positions as quested by management. You will be working weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. You may not have the same shifts as your friends or have the same days off. Ability to handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
