Position: General Crew (Host, Busser & Food Runner, Bar Back)
Positions Available: 1-2 Positions (Female Only)
Hourly wage: $12.59 + Tips – 15.00 per hour
Estimated hours per week: 32 hours per week (Average)
Job Prerequisites:
- Exceptional Customer Service; a friendly, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication to accurately take orders, explain menu items, and resolve guest issues.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tables/tasks simultaneously during peak service hours.
- Product Knowledge: The capacity to quickly learn and articulate the menu (food and beverage, including specials)
Job Description:
Host (Pay Rate will be at $15.00 per hour)
- Escorting guests to tables.
- Serving customers seated at counters.
Busser & Food Runner (Pay Rate will be at $12.59 + tips per hour)
- Bringing prepared food to tables.
- Assisting the waiting staff.
- Refilling water pitchers.
- Financial & System Duties:
- Preparing itemized checks.
- Sometimes accepting payment.
- Operating a computer-based system for making orders and processing payment.
- Setting up empty tables.
- Clearing tables.
- Taking dirty dishes to the dishwasher.
- Bringing water and introductory foods (e.g., bread, chips).
- Shining cutlery and restocking dinnerware and utensils.
Bar Back (Must be experienced, and will be decided upon arrival/ demands/ work performances; Pay Rate will be $12.59 + tips per hour)
- Assist bartenders with daily bar operations and service.
- Restock beverages, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
- Prepare and organize the bar area before and during service.
- Collect and clean used glasses, bottles, and bar equipment.
- Keep the bar, storage, and service areas clean and organized.
- Assist with preparing garnishes and basic bar ingredients.
- Deliver supplies and beverages between the kitchen, storage, and bar.
- Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards.
- Provide friendly and professional support to guests and team members.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, C+ Only)
Start Date: 7th March – 1st April 2027
End Date: 7th June – 20th June 2027
