Job Description:
Whether setting rooms according to floor plans, setting tables, assisting the kitchen, or cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, F&B Service STARS provide the support that makes transactions feel like part of the experience. F&B Service STARS will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu (read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). F&B Service STARS greet guests and determine the number in their party. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc. Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times, and others as assigned.
