Job prerequisites: Customer service is very important (friendly, helpful). This is fast-paced and requires physical stamina to do the job properly! No allergy to cleaning products or physical limitations to prevent you from doing your job. Must like people and have a great attitude – you will be working directly with the guests.
Job Description: Every day could start differently in this combined role. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will: Prepare breakfast, stock the serving areas, make coffee, slice fruit, mix juice, cook, stock pastry trays, etc. Maintain the serving areas, and restock as needed. You are responsible for keeping the area sanitary, organized, and properly arranged for guests to select their choices to eat. Must like working with the public and give outstanding customer service.
House Attendant/Room Attendant- Cleaning bathrooms (including toilets and showers) changing soiled linens; washing, drying and folding clean linens, putting fresh linens on the beds, dusting, vacuuming and emptying trash. This job will require standing for long periods, bending and lifting. House Attendant assists housekeeping, maintaining assigned areas, delivering items as requested. Requires bending, reaching, stooping; transporting laundry, pushing, pulling items weighing up to 50-75 lbs. Job involves constant contact with staff/customers. These are very laborious positions! You must be willing and able to perform all three jobs. Please do not apply if you are sensitive to any kind of chemicals or lotions or have physical limitations that would keep you from doing your job.
You will be working weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends.
