Job prerequisites:
1. Upper Intermediate + English.
2. Love for cooking or experience in culinary a plus.
3. Participants must be willing to clean in the kitchen and remove trash.
4. Participants will stand the entire shift.
5. Participants are in contact with sharp knives, boiling liquids/water, hot pans and grills. Kitchens will be hot.
6. Participants must cut and serve pork. This is a must. NO exception.
7. Participants understand NYC has a very high cost of living
8. Participants must be comfortable in an urban/city environment
9. Participants will be required to work all scheduled home games
10. Social Security numbers preferred
Job Description:
Back of House Associate positions will include Grill and Prep Cooks. You will be responsible for learning how to prepare, cook, and present menu items. You must learn safe cooking temperatures and food storage. Proper sanitation and cleaning must be practiced. You will also be required to prep all food needed day to day, and assist in keeping the line and kitchen stocked with all food and materials to ensure the kitchen runs functionally and smoothly throughout the shift.
