Job Description:
- Park Cleaner – $14.00 per hour (Both Locations)
Park Services: Host are responsible for sweeping and picking up trash and debris from park areas and parking lots. Empty and clean trash cans; replace trash liners. Clean restrooms, guest areas, and vacuum back of the house. Wash and clean windows daily. Follow restroom schedules to ensure the cleanliness of facilities. Greet guests, visitors, and employees in a friendly and courteous manner. Keep a clean orderly work area. Job duties may vary.
- Food and Beverage – $14.00 per hour (Both Locations)
COOKS/PREP: Responsible for food preparation of guests' orders and ensuring guest satisfaction. Must perform to standards of South Carolina DHEC rules and regulations as it relates to food handling. Responsible for food preparation, washing dishes and taking out trash. This position requires long periods of standing in a fast paced-environment with hot temperatures. Must maintain clean workstations and perform end of shift cleaning duties. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds, Job duties vary.
- Cashier – $14.00 per hour (Both Locations)
ADMISSIONS CASHIER: Must be comfortable with handling American currency, have good customer service skills, and advanced English. Must complete hands-on training and pass the written exam. Admissions positions are responsible for all admissions transactions and up-sell promotions in a fast paced environment. Will handle and process all cash and credit card transactions while identifying and communicating the correct and proper admissions for each park entry application. Job duties may vary.
- Ride Operator – $14.00 per hour (Broadway Grand Prix Only)
TRACK/RIDE ATTENDANT: Position includes all facets of operating the park including pull crank starting of karts, checking customer height, ensuring proper seat belt use, enforcing the safety rules in fast paced environment, push/pull/lift a minimum of 50 pounds, cleaning of pit areas and karts. Long periods of standing and walking is to be expected in this position. Must be able to withstand the summer heat and minimal gas fume smells. Position is an open, outside environment. Job duties vary.
- Lifeguard – $15.00 per hour (Myrtle Waves Waterpark Only)
Must have strong swimming skills. Responsible for guest safety. Perform skills outlined by the StarGuard Elite Lifeguarding Program, complete/participant in programs. Prevent drowning, recognize distress, and respond to all aquatic and non-aquatic emergencies and administer appropriate care. Maintain continuous and vigilant coverage w/ the 30 second standard. Attend 4 hours of in-service training each month. Display great customer service. ***Must be a confident swimmer***
