Job Description:
Busser:
Remove dirty plates, linens and trash from tables. Sanitize and re-set tables in accordance with Landry’s guidelines. Adhere to any cleaning assignments for the shift. Assist waitstaff in any needs. This is a tipped position expect to make minimum wage or more per hour.
Cook:
Prepare dishes to Landry’s Spec in a timely manner. Ensure all dishes are plated properly as seen on the Plate Specs. Responsible to stocking and cleaning your station as well as assisting in opening/closing duties depending on that shift. Follow Safety and Sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant.
Dishwasher:
Wash and clean dishes throughout the shift, stock the kitchen line with clean dishes. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines set by the restaurant. execute closing and opening checklist. You will be standing the majority of the time in this position with your hands in water and soap.
Server:
Provide Guest first service set by Landry’s. Ensure guest are taken care of from the moment they sit down till the time they leave. Ensure food & beverages are taken to the guest as they are ordered. Provide a professional and friendly experience for our guest. Must be able to carry trays. Knowledge of Liquor, Beer & Wine. Knowledge of all menu items. Must be familiar with US currency there are cash handling procedures that will need to be performed in this position. This is a tipped position.
Host/Hostess:
Greet guest with a warm and friendly attitude. Remember you are the first impression our guest has. Must be able to multitask and remain calm and collected in stressful situations. Phone answering procedures. Understand and execute reservations and server rotations. Keep a clean and safe environment for you and the guest. This is a tipped position expect to make minimum wage or more per hour.
Food Runner:
Garnish all food to ensure it is to Landry’s Spec. Must be able to carry trays of food up to 25 pounds. Deliver food to specified table as well as clear off any dirty dishes. Ensure the guest have everything they need to have a memorable dining experience. This is a tipped position expect to make minimum wage or more per hour.
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B)
Start Date: May 7th – June 28th, 2024
End Date: August 25th – September 7th, 2024
Housing Information
