Job prerequisites: Must have proficient English to converse with customers. Excellent customer service required. Able to handle working under pressure when they place is full of customers.
Job Description: Front Counter person will greet customers as they arrive. You will take orders, using a computer and cash register. You will make ice cream treats and deliver drinks and food to customers. You will keep the dining area clean, remove the trash, sweep and or mop the floor as needed, restock counter items, empty the trash containers, keep the work counters clean and sanitary and clean the bathrooms. Customer service associates are expected to execute all customer service operations, ensuring all prepared products meet the restaurant standards of quality and excellence. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leader.
You may not work the same shift as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. You will expected to work all weekends
(Fridays, Saturday, and Sunday) and all holidays. Please make sure you understand we are a very small town with no nightlife and city activities.
