Outstanding customer service is our top priority! Must be friendly, helpful, and approachable, greet customers with a smile, and assist them.

Job Description :
Are you ready to join a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment? Fire Trail Pizza is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and dependable individuals to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional pizzas while delivering outstanding customer service. Position Overview;
Greeter/Cashier:
- Welcome and assist customers with their orders.
- Operate the cash register, handle American currency, and process credit card or electronic payments.
- Stock stations and ensure the facility remains clean and organized.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and provide excellent customer service with a friendly attitude.
Pizza Prep/Pizza Cook:
- Follow instructions and recipes written in English to prepare food.
- Keep food preparation areas clean and sanitary at all times.
- Slice, peel, and dice ingredients, prepare pizza dough, roll it out, and assemble pizzas.
- Work at the wood-fired pizza oven, which involves operating in a high-temperature environment and moving quickly to cook pizzas in minutes.
- Handle sharp knives, blades, and kitchen equipment safely.

- Willingness to be cross-trained to assist in multiple roles and flexibility to help cover other positions.

Work Schedule Expectations:
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and evening shifts.
- Flexibility to work different schedules, which may not align with friends’ shifts or days off.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks as requested by management.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
