Job Description:
Provides excellent customer service to members and guests visiting the pool and concessions. Maintains the established public health, safety and cleanliness standards for all pools, spas, restrooms, and related areas.
Courteously greets and takes orders from guests.
Operates the cash register.
Serves concession food, pre-made snack foods and beverages.
Sells sundries and other merchandise for the recreational use of guests and members.
Ensures that all pools, restrooms, and related areas are properly sanitized.
Monitors and cleans restrooms, changing rooms and pool deck.
Conducts, implements, and maintains daily record keeping of water analysis tests to maintain the proper public health standards and ensure adherence to state, federal, and local legislation.
Enforces the pool and equipment usage rules and regulations.
Performs daily cash handling and equipment rental inventory responsibilities for revenue transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintains adequate supplies in the facility.
Assists with special pool events, cross-training events, and other special projects in a productive and efficient manner.
Performs other related duties as directed by the Wellness Director.
Native/fluent language required.
Cleaning products will contain chemicals.
English Required skills: Excellent (A, B+, B)

In the larger region, participants are close to Atlanta Georgia, Nashville Tennessee, Charlotte North Carolina, and more cities of interest. The Atlantic Ocean is also within a day’s drive- including popular towns like Myrtle Beach, Outer Banks, Hilton Head Island and more.
