Position: Order Taker – Cashier, Line Cook
Position Available: 1 Position (Male Only)
Hourly wage: $14.00 per hour + tips
Overtime: Slight
Overtime details: Overtime is possible, but is not guaranteed. Anything over 40 hours per week will be paid 1.5 times
Tips: Yes, tips will be added to your check every pay period
Estimated hours per week: 32 hours per week minimum

Requires excellent customer service, upbeat attitude, high energy, punctuality, and a love for learning. You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, adaptability and flexibility in the workplace, and customer focus. Also must be able to work in a team environment, show an interpersonal personality and be able to listen to your fellow team members, and good work ethic and integrity.
Advanced English and must be able to learn the menu. To lift and carry 22kgs, manual dexterity, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for long periods of time. Multi-task in a very fast-paced environment. Participants are in contact with sharp knives, boiling liquids, and hot pans. You will work with pork, and clean, including washing heavy kitchen mats, breaking down boxes, and removing garbage. Kitchens will be hot. Support, encourage, and respect colleagues. Provide courteous, friendly, efficient customer service. Be able to work in a team. You will be possibly working with a fryer/grill by preparing menu items, and cleaning chemicals, so it is important to not have allergies to any type of cleaning solutions. Chicken Guy is located in Disney Springs which is a family-friendly establishment, so you must demonstrate Chicken Guy and Disney standards. The minimum amount of hours required on the program is 32 hours, however, the amount of hours required by your Host Company depends on the demand of the business. You may not request to only work 32 hours per week. Cashiers: Basic math skills; must be familiar with U.S. currency prior to arriving.
MUST STUDY/LEARN THE ATTACHED AMERICAN CURRENCY GUIDE.
Some days will be slower than others. It is common practice in the United States for employees of restaurants to be sent home early (cut) if the business does not allow for a full staff.
Job Description :
Order Taker/Cashier: Wait on customers, take their orders, operate cash registers, and handle American currency. Line Cook: Prep, cook and stock food items as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen and food prep equipment, maintain proper sanitation controls of products. You must be able to stand for your entire shift and be able to lift up to 50lbs/23kg. Must have a strong work ethic and like working with the public. Must have a great attitude and have team spirit. The Team Member is responsible for building the world’s greatest hot sandwich while consistently following the proper recipes and procedures, and adhering to our high standards regarding food presentation, cleaning, and sanitation. You must be comfortable working in a team environment where they ensure the needs of our guests are the number one priority so that we may deliver an exceptional dining experience.
