Hourly wage: $12.00 per hour
Estimated hours per week: Average 32+ hours per week

Job Description:
Provide friendly, professional customer service while assisting customers with product selection, operating the cash register, maintaining store presentation, restocking merchandise, and supporting daily store operations in a fast-paced seasonal retail environment.
Job Requirements: Arrive to work on time for every scheduled shift. Attend all scheduled shifts unless approved time off has been granted. Maintain regular and professional communication with supervisors. Communicate effectively in English while at work. Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable throughout each shift. Restock, organize, and merchandise products as directed. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Maintain a positive attitude and work respectfully with coworkers and customers. Be willing to learn new tasks and adapt to changing business needs. Complete assigned duties promptly and take initiative when work needs to be done. Be respectful, open-minded, and gracious when interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds, recognizing that coworkers and customers may have customs, traditions, and communication styles that differ from your own. Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive workplace by treating everyone with courtesy, patience, and respect.
