Hourly wage:
Water Craft Rentals: $14.00/hr. + tips
Front Desk: $17.00
Bonus comments: A bonus may be possible at the end of the season. Based on employer sales. Also if you work until your scheduled end date on your Job Offer, your attitude, being a team player, and work performance.

Water Craft Rentals:
Able to deal with the public and give outstanding customer service! Must be friendly, approachable, and smile as you interact with each guest. Fluent English is required for this position!
Job Descriptions:
Water Craft Rentals:
You will be required to load and unload rafts, paddle boards, and kayaks for customers to use. You will clean and maintain all equipment in between uses. You will help guests in and out of the water crafts, and help with disabled crafts, which may require you to remove water. Must like working with guests and being able to converse with them easily and ensure they are having a great time. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Flexible to help in other positions as requested by management. You will not be able to change positions, but you may be offered the chance to work additional hours in a different position if the employer needs the help.
Front Desk:
You are responsible for greeting guests, registering and assigning guests to hotel rooms, establishing the method of payment and verifying credit; understanding US currency, and ensuring they have a good experience checking in. You will also make and confirm reservations, compute bills, collect payments, and make proper currency change for the guests. Respond to guest requests promptly, receive and resolve complaints with understanding and compassion, in a friendly and helpful way, and elevate to supervisor if necessary. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Flexible to help in other positions as requested by management. Ability to handle any additional tasks assigned by management.

Your employer is not obligated to provide additional shifts for you to get more hours. Independence in Scheduling: Your shifts and days off may differ from friends’. Hours and schedules are set based on your host business needs and are not guaranteed. Adaptability: Be open to helping in other departments or positions as requested. Shifts and tasks vary, and work hours may fluctuate based on business needs. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Be prepared for both busy and slower days. Employees may be sent home early if the business does not require a full staff.
