Bonus comments: We are excited to announce our bonus programs for the summer club 2023. To be eligible for the program, you must start work before July 4th. If you take vacation you are ineligible for these programs.
Full Time Lifeguards / Front Desk Position
This bonus program is contingent on working an average of 30 hours per week
A $150 Bonus will be added to your check if you work till Sunday August 13th, 2023
A $250 Bonus will be added to your check if you work till Sunday August 27th, 2023
A $ 500 Bonus will be added to your check if you work through Labor Day – Monday, September 4th, 2023
Those that return for the entire Labor Day weekend (Saturday – Monday) will receive a $300
Bonus added to your check in place of the bonus listed above
Part Time Front Desk Position
This bonus program is contingent on working an average of 20 hours per week
A $75 Bonus will be added to your check if you work till Sunday August 13th, 2023
A $125 Bonus will be added to your check if you work till Sunday August 27th, 2023
A $ 250 Bonus will be added to your check if you finish the summer with us on Labor Day Monday September 4th, 2023

Job Prerequisites:
Must be able to swim 200 yards (183 meters) non-stop, tread water for 1 minute (keep floating). They must pass the online test before they can even come work here. Upper intermediate speaking and reading must pass a lifeguard test in English. Must be okay with being outside in the sun all day.
Job Description :
Lifeguard position for the outdoor pool at the health club. Participants must pass a lifeguard certification costing $260 which can be paid back at $40.00 per week for 6 weeks. The employer will send the link to the online certification test prior to arrival. Will have full time employment throughout the summer at a health club pool. Participants must also pass an online Lifeguard Certification test BEFORE arriving and bring the Certification to employer on arrival. They can pay $60.00 initially and the rest of the certificate cost can be taken out during the summer.
