Bonus : Yes
Bonus comments: Up to $1.00 per hour worked at management’s discretion (not a guarantee). Bonus is based on hours worked, attitude, work performance, being a team player, no written discipline, or excessive absences from work. You also must work until your contracted end date on your Job Offer.
Estimated hours per day: no less than 32 hours per week

Overtime details: Very slight change of any overtime. Do not expect it. Any overtime must be approved by management.
Job Description:
As a Crew Member at Dairy Queen, participants will work at Grill (kitchen making hot food items), Chill (ice cream, drinks, etc), or Cashier. This is a busy ice cream/fast food company doing a variety of duties from interacting with the customers as they place their food orders,preparing burgers and other food items or drinks or ice cream products, to handling payment from the customer. If you have outstanding skills you may be added to the drive thru window to assist customers in their cars with their orders. Daily set up, preparation,cleaning, and breaking down of machines. Cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, washing dishes, and the entire store cleaning daily. Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager. Flexibility and teamwork are essential. Must be familiar with American currency and credit card transactions. Excellent customer service is a top priority. We are here to ensure our customers receive the best service we can give.
Male participants will work Grill and female participants will be either Chill or Cashier. There may be some cross-training if needed.
Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.
