Hourly wage: $15.00 + Tips per hour

Overtime Detail: Very slight change of any overtime. Do not expect it. Any overtime must be approved by management.

Estimated hours per day: 6-8 Hours per day

Number of days per week: 4-5 Days per week

Meals details: Meals are not provided; employer gives you a 50% while working

Job Description:

As a Customer Associate at Dairy Queen in Miles City, Montana, you will play an important role in providing outstanding service and helping create a welcoming experience for every guest. This is a fast-paced and hands-on position where you’ll gain valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and food preparation while serving signature Dairy Queen treats and meals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and answer questions about menu items.
• Prepare and assemble food, including burgers, fries, ice cream treats, and beverages.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide accurate change.
• Assist customers at the drive-thru window if requested by management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Perform daily tasks such as washing dishes, cleaning machines, emptying trash, and sanitizing work areas.
• Follow all food safety and quality standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Support setup, preparation, and breakdown of kitchen and service areas.
• Work as part of a team to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service.
• Be flexible and ready to assist with additional duties as requested by management.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask under pressure.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 30 lbs (13 kg).
• Must be available for work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No missed shifts due to second jobs or online classes.
• You may not have the same schedule or days off as your friends.
• Hours can vary; no job or work hours can ever be 100% guaranteed.

English Required skills:  Advanced – Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B ONLY)
