Hourly wage:  $13.00 per hour + Tips

Job Descriptions:

Kitchen Members are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, well-cooked food while maintaining a clean, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment. This position is hands-on and involves working closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure that guests receive fresh, high-quality, and properly prepared menu items in a timely manner.
• Follow plating and presentation specifications for each dish.
• Perform general food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients.
• Wash dishes, clean surfaces, and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members2everyone helps with cooking, food prep, cleaning, and dishwashing as needed.
• Clean and sanitize the line and work areas at the end of each shift.
• Restock and prepare the line for the next business day.

Requirements:

• Completion of ServSafe Food Handling certification prior to arrival and start of work.Classes are free.
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Willingness to assist with all kitchen duties as needed.
• Additional information and guidance for completing the ServSafe certification will be provided.
• Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. Participants may be handling pork products.
• Mid-season Wage Increase is possible. Details will be provided.
