Job Description :
Games Associates actively encourages guests to play skill games and award prizes to winners in keeping with techniques learned during training. Some locations require the associates to talk through a microphone to entice play. These positions require constant interaction with the public. Responsible for completing point of sale transactions using a register. Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean work area.
- Games Associates make guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.
- Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.

- Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, attentive, and responsive to guest needs and requests.

Participants may be scheduled while the park is not open and assigned in different locations or roles outside of their usual assignment. This may include general cleanliness tasks, or event preparation. Scheduled hours may be changed when operations are impacted by weather.
High guest contact position. Must be willing to serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Must have selfconfidence and a positive, encouraging attitude. Above average ability to speak clearly and understand English required. Must be able to work alone or as part of a team. Must be able to take direction from supervisors and managers. Must smile and like to talk to people.
