Job prerequisites:

Cook:
Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards. Duties include breading and frying chicken, grilling or baking items as needed, preparing sides, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food is cooked to proper temperatures. The role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, following health and sanitation guidelines, managing prep work, and collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate orders. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to stand for extended periods are important for success in this position.
Host/Busser:
A host or busser is responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience. A host greets guests, manages waitlists, answers phone calls, and seats customers in a timely and organized manner. A busser supports the service team by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, assisting servers as needed, and keeping the dining area clean and presentable. Both roles require strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Server:
Servers are responsible for greeting customers, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties include accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system, delivering food to tables, handling payments, and answering questions about menu items and specials. Servers are also responsible for maintaining a clean dining area, restocking supplies, and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
