Hourly wage: $13.00 per hour
Estimated hours per day: 32 hours per week
Overtime: Yes
Overtime details: Any hours per week beyond 40 hours will be paid at time and a half.

Job Descriptions:
As a Stocker, you will be assigned to one of our Beach Mart locations throughout the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. Your specific work location and employee housing assignment will be provided when you arrive at our main office. Locations may include Avon, Buxton, Rodanthe, Hatteras, Corolla, Duck, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, or Nags Head.
Stockers play an important role in keeping our stores clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for customers. Responsibilities may include receiving and organizing merchandise, pricing and labeling products, folding and hanging clothing, setting up and maintaining merchandise displays, cleaning the interior and exterior of the store, sweeping sidewalks and parking areas, cleaning restrooms, and assisting customers when needed. Depending on the assigned location, Stockers may also assist with other Beach Mart operations, including our miniature golf courses, arcade, sports club, gas station, and other recreational facilities.
Duties may include carrying and moving merchandise, assisting with general cleaning and maintenance, stocking supplies, and helping with various daily operational needs. The position may require the ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, lift and carry merchandise, and occasionally climb a ladder to reset or maintain store displays.
Some assignments may also involve transporting merchandise between stores as a passenger in a company vehicle with a supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active, being outdoors, and experiencing the unique environment of the Outer Banks while gaining valuable American work experience.

It doesn’t open until the weather is warm enough to enjoy the waterslides.
