Position: Staff member: Dishwasher & Busser / Baker / Prep Cook

Position Available: 2-3 Positions (Male Only)

Hourly wage: $6.00 + tips (if bus/dish) or $10.80 + per regular hour

Overtime details: Overtime only after 40 hours per week

Average of Hours: 32+ average hours for the whole program (not guaranteed) per week (After orientation, training & achievement of satisfactory performance). Some students work lot of hours during the busy weeks (July-August), which depends on student’s performance and work ethic

Job Description :

• Dishwasher/Busser/Prep Cook: Responsible for washing dishes, clean tables, stocking silverware and keeping the whole kitchen and restaurant clean. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine. Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. Clean, stock, and restock workstations. Assists wait staff. Be prepared to work in a high pace environment and hot environment. Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Baker/Prep Cook: Good English. Must be able to read English and understand specific instructions. Baking buns, pies, preparing donuts, pastries, baking bread. Need to be ready to perform Dishwasher/Busser job as well. Be prepared to work in a high pace environment and hot environment. Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Males only for housing purpose (to arrive together)

English Required skills: Good/Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+, C only)

Start Date: May 15^{th –} May 28^th, 2023

End Date: September 5^th – September 7^th, 2023

Housing Information

Housing assisted by: Employer/US Sponsor

Cost Amount: $75.00+tax per student per week, plus $200 flat fee for Wi-Fi, laundry, and rides to Social Security office. 1-2 weeks up front housing payment required
