Job Description:
Busser – Setting and clearing tables at dining establishment. Preparing dining areas before guests are seated. Decorating tables with candles, napkins, linens and flowers. Placing tableware and condiments on tables. Serve water and welcome snacks, like breadsticks. Refill beverages and take orders. Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed. Provide special silverware sets to families with young children. Clean and reset tables after guests leave. Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas.
Chambermaid/Housekeeper – Ensuring rooms and other lodge areas are kept clean every day. Making beds, replacing towels, etc, vacuuming, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.
Cashier – Receiving payments and issue receipts, Handling, counting, and balancing cash drawer. Accountability for cash. Assisting customers. Employee will be responsible for all aspects of the cashiering/hostessing position including, but not limited to: Handling Currency – Money/Credit. Ringing In Guest Transactions. Great Guests Provide Great Customer Service Control the flow (seating times) of the restaurant. Accepting/ Distributing appropriate cash/credit amount per action. Providing great customer service. Ensure positive experiences for the guests. Utilization of a computer and software to carryout job position.
Front Desk – Greet and register lodge guests. Heavy computer and phone use. English language competency is a must.
– Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
– Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the
necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
– Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Dishwasher – Cleaning all kitchen items including machines, walls, floors. Emptying trash. Scraping food from dirty dishes and placing in racks. Maintaining a clean kitchen. You will be standing in this position with hands in water the majority of the time.
Custodian/Janitor – Vacuuming, sweeping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning windows, cleaning communal shower/bathroom/laundry room.Ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces. Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets. Washing and sanitizing toilets, sinks and showers and restocking disposables.
