Job Descriptions:
The Front Office position encompasses various guest-facing roles, including but not limited to customer service, front desk, and hospitality services. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for creating positive guest experiences, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role involves interacting with guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about our resort’s amenities and services.
Please note: Students may not work in positions requiring work hours that fall predominantly between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Schedule may vary between 06:00 am and 22:00 pm
English Required skills: Advance (A, B+, B Only)
