Job Prerequisites:
- Basic English communication skills for interacting with customers
- Friendly personality with strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods
- Basic knowledge of coffee or willingness to learn barista skills
- Ability to take orders accurately and handle POS/cash transactions
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work with diverse colleagues
- Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
Job Description:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage items following company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, equipment, and dining area
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and restocking supplies
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
- Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when supplies are low
English Required skills: Upper Intermediate – Advanced (A, B+, B, ONLY)

Housing Information
Housing assisted by: US Sponsor / Employer
Cost Amount: $675 or $720 per student per month
Cost Amount Note: There will be two housing providers associated with this job location. Students will be assigned to each housing prior to the housing demand and population.
Both Housings are fully furnished with a common area, kitchen, and dining area. Housings may also include a laundromat.
