Hourly wage: $12.40+tips per hour
Estimated hours per week: 32-40 hours per day

Job prerequisites:
Basic English communication skills (customer interaction)

Job Descriptions:
As a barista at VLOVE Coffee House, participants will prepare and serve a variety of handcrafted beverages including espresso drinks, specialty lattes, teas, and smoothies. The role involves operating coffee equipment, maintaining drink quality, and ensuring consistency using trained techniques (the café uses professional coffee training programs) . Staff also assist with light food preparation such as sandwiches and pastries, along with handling orders and payments. In addition to beverage preparation, baristas are responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This includes cleaning workstations, restocking ingredients, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. The café emphasizes a warm, community-oriented atmosphere where customer service is a key part of the experience.
