Job Prerequisites:
- Ability to remain focused and professional in a fast-paced retail environment, especially during peak hours.
- Willingness to interact with multiple customers at the same time and respond quickly to guest needs.
- Outgoing personality and confidence when speaking with guests, including explaining memorabilia and guiding customers through the Rock Shop.
- Ability to learn and communicate information about merchandise, including collectible pins and other memorabilia.
- Willingness to upsell merchandise and work in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual displays.
- Willingness to perform regular cleaning duties and handle dust or cleaning products.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, squatting, and folding merchandise.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms).
Job Description:
- Assist guests in purchasing official Hard Rock merchandise and support daily store operations.
- Greet guests, answer questions, and handle phone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system while maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
- Actively engage with guests to understand their needs and suggest appropriate merchandise using approved sales techniques.
- Develop strong product knowledge, including collectible items such as logo pins and other memorabilia.
- Restock merchandise and ensure products are properly displayed on the sales floor.
- Fold apparel and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Set up and maintain merchandise displays according to company standards.
- Perform tasks that require frequent standing and repetitive movements.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms).
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, sales-focused retail environment while providing excellent customer service.
English Required skills: Advanced (A, B+, B ONLY)
