Job Descriptions: The Campground Attendant plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience at our glamping and campground area. This position involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out, providing information about local attractions, supporting housekeeping and maintenance tasks, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in and check-out process. Provide helpful information about Seward’s local activities, attractions, dining options, and events. Assist guests with luggage and guide them to their accommodations, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Support the Campground Manager with guest requests, operational tasks, and daily updates. Assist in housekeeping to prepare cottages, glamping tents, and common areas for guest arrivals. Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the campground grounds, ensuring trash is picked up and outdoor areas are tidy. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Campground Manager promptly. Promote a positive and friendly environment for all guests and team members.
Qualifications:
-Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Friendly, approachable, and eager to assist guests.
-Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
-Prior hospitality or campground experience is an asset but not required.
-Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Participants will be using cleaning chemicals. Mid-season Wage Increase is possible. Details will be provided. Language Level required for this position: Excellent

The Seward Community Library and Museum provide local history and free community events, while the small downtown area offers cafes, and summer festivals. Students can also participate in volunteer beach cleanups or explore tide pools along the coast.
