- Ice Cream Scooper/Restaurant Hostess 1 position
- Front desk 1 position (Female Only)
- Resort Services 1 position (Male Only)
Hourly wage: $8.00(+ tips) – $16.00 per hour
- Ice Cream Scooper/Restaurant Hostess: $8.00(+tips) per hour
- Front desk: $14.00 per hour
- Resort Services: $16.00 per hour
Overtime: Slight
Overtime details: All overtime hours must be approved by management before working.
Bonus: Yes
Bonus comments: Bonus may be possible if you work until your scheduled end date on your Job Offer. Also based on attitude, being a team player, and work performance.
Estimated hours per day:
- Ice Cream Scooper/Restaurant Hostess, Resort Services: 8-10+
- Front desk: 6-10
Number of days per week: 5-6

Job Description :
Ice Cream Scooper/Restaurant Hostess: Ice Cream Scooper-Making and serving Ice Cream, Smoothies, Milkshakes, and Frozen Treats. Responsible individuals capable of working individually and as part of a team. Job includes interacting with customers, serving customers, handling money and transactions, and keeping the store in order and fully stocked. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Flexible to help in other positions as requested by management. You will be working weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. You may not have the same shifts as your friends or have the same days off. Ability to handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
Hostess – Must have a great phone presence and be understood. Greeting and seating guests, assisting servers with filling waters, clearing tables, restocking the host station, and making guest reservations over the phone and in person. Previous restaurant experience would be helpful but not required. Must be very outgoing and personable. Personality is key! Professional appearance is also key. Wants students that are interested in exceeding their customers’ expectations.
Must be dependable, hard-working, friendly, and a very trustworthy and honest individual. Positions require attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. Flexible to help in other positions as requested. Additional tasks as requested by management. You will be working all weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), all holidays, and evening shifts. If you call out sick or miss shifts, your employer is not required to schedule any additional shifts that week for you. You can not miss shifts due to any other jobs or online classes while working at your primary job. You may not work the same shifts as your friends. Nor will you have the same days off as your friends. No job, or hours at a job, can be 100% guaranteed. Regardless of what your work contract states, there is always a possibility that you will work more or fewer hours. Some days will be slower than others.
Front Desk: You are responsible for greeting guests, registering and assigning guests to hotel rooms, establishing the method of payment and verifying credit; understanding US currency, and ensuring they have a good experience checking in. You will also make and confirm reservations, compute bills, collect payments, and make proper currency change for the guests. Respond to guest requests promptly, receive and resolve complaints with understanding and compassion, in a friendly and helpful way, and elevate to supervisor if necessary. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Flexible to help in other positions as requested by management. Ability to handle any additional tasks assigned by management.
You will not be able to change positions, but you may be offered the chance to work additional hours in a different position if the employer needs the help.

Resort Services: Maintain outside grounds, including trash pickup and lawn and landscape maintenance.
Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours a day and lift and push up to 50lbs (23 kg).
Involves bending, and kneeling to do work on the ground level. Very physically demanding.
Requires attention to detail, punctuality, and a great service attitude & team spirit. When the weather does not permit outside work you may be assigned duties inside. Must have a great team attitude, and be a dependable, hard-working, friendly, very trustworthy, and honest individual. Everyone works as a team.
