Position: Host, Greeter *End of Season Bonus*
Position Available: 1-2 Positions
Hourly wage: $10.85 per hour
Wage comments: Wages are $10.85 + tips. There is also a $.50/hr bonus offered if participants stay until their contract end date and do not violate company rules/regulations.

Must work to last day. *End of contract bonuses are only paid out for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position. Overtime hours are not included. Should a participant be transferred to a different primary position by a manager, due to the needs of the business, the previous hours worked may be counted. If a participant changes roles voluntarily, the company is under no obligation to pay out the end of contract bonus. If a participant works a second job with the company those hours do not qualify for the bonus program, however the primary role hours are included in the second job hours. Example: If a participant works 40 hours in a week in their primary job, any hours worked in the second job would be paid at the overtime rate that week. Participants must also be in good standing to receive their bonus. Excessive tardiness, poor work performance, or other policy violations will jeopardize qualifying for the bonus. YOU WILL NOT receive your bonus at the end of your contract if you have not provided HR with your social security number.

Job Description :
Responsibilities include; greeting guests, monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimating wait times for guests, managing the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. A positive and assertive disposition goes a long way. Responsible for answering the telephone; booking reservations; moving tables together to accommodate large parties. Host often communicates needs between managers, serving staff, bartenders, bussers and guests, while maintaining an overall understanding of who is occupying where and what has been preset.
It can be a juggling act, so strong multi-tasking skills is a must. The host will also assist as a back server, food expediter and assist in cleaning duties whenever needed. Strong communication skills, strong work ethic, work well with others, foster teamwork, ability to multi-task, follow directions. Must be 21 years of age or old. Must commit to end of contract date.
