Bonus comments: Bonuses are not guaranteed and are contingent upon work performance. A $750 bonus may be awarded upon successful completion of the contract through the final day, submission of a valid Food Handler’s Card, and provision of a Social Security Number (SSN).
To be eligible, participants must work through the last day of their contract. End-of-contract bonuses are paid only for regular hours worked in the participant’s primary position; overtime hours are excluded. If a manager transfers a participant to a different primary position due to business needs, previously worked hours may still be counted. However, if a participant voluntarily changes roles, the company is not obligated to pay the bonus.
Hours worked in a secondary job with the company do not qualify toward the bonus program. However, hours worked in the primary position are included when calculating overtime rates. For example, if a participant works 40 hours in their primary position in one week, any hours worked in a secondary role will be paid at the overtime rate.
Participants must also remain in good standing to qualify for the bonus. Excessive tardiness, unsatisfactory work performance, or policy violations may result in disqualification. Please note: you will not receive the end-of-contract bonus if HR has not received your Social Security Number

Participants must also be in good standing to receive their bonus. Excessive tardiness, poor work performance, or other policy violations will jeopardize qualifying for the bonus. YOU WILL NOT receive your bonus at the end of your contract if you have not provided HR with your social security number.
Meals details: Participants may be eligible for some meal discounts, ranging between 25-40% depending on years of service.
Job prerequisites:
Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Must commit to end of contract date. Must commit to end of contract date. Please do not apply if you have any sensitivities to cleaning chemicals or physical limitations. Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays is a must.

Job Descriptions:
As Dishwasher, you are responsible for unloading the dishes and cutlery brought to them by bussers and loading them into dish trays. The trays are unloaded, then placed into the commercial washers and are cleaned once closed. The commercial dishwashing machines do not accommodate larger pots and pans, so you will be required to wash things by hand. Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining their workspace and keeping sanitary conditions at all times. This is a hard, physically demanding job. You will have constant exposure to cleaning chemical, hot water, steam from the dishwasher. Floors will be slick, so proper footwear (nonslip) is required. You will stand, bend, lift, and twist repeatedly for long durations. You will also be responsible for sweeping, cleaning, and trash removal. Must clean grease traps. Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. **THIS IS A GREAT ENTRY LEVEL JOB FOR A PARTICIPANT WITH INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH**
