Previous kitchen experience preferred. Must be able to work with any type of food product including pork and shellfish. Line cooks will need to obtain a Utah food handler certificate.

Job Description :

LINE COOK: Self motivated, prioritizing, multi-tasking and following direction in a team environment. Should be proficient in saute skills, knife skills, grilling, dutch oven cooking plus. Utah Food Handler Certificate a must.

English Required skills: Upper Intermediate (A, B+, B, C+ only)

Start Date: May 15^th – June 20^th, 2023

End Date: August 25^th – September 7^th, 2023
